    I have seen the site you mentioned and I have seen most of the featured top 10. The problem is some of them can be complicated and offer little support after you buy the program.

    Well, I had a look through all of those – and of the ones posted I have experience with 5 of them. The only one really liked out of all of the was the fat burning furnace. It has great step by step information for exercising and nutrition. It also gives you access to a lot of great recipes.

    It has both an exercise regiment and a meal plan so you will gain muscle while losing fat!
