Will my eating habits help me lose weight with HIIT program and resistance training?

I am trying to lose weight (fat mass) and to do this i am doing HIIT training (high intensity interval training) with some resistance training working:
Calves
Abdominal/belly area by doing palates.
Peck work, i am doing not much of this because its making my man boobs look bigger while they are harder i dont like the way the look.
Bicep
Triceps
and i get work done to all my other muscles with the HIIT. I am doing it in this order E.G monday, HIIT 30s, 90s slow walk. Then wendsday my strength workout. is this right?
With my food habits i dont want to diet ( eat nothing but salled and all the other garbage ) because this will only make me lose fat and i’ll have to come off a diet at some point, so im just eating what i normally eat but eating small every 1-2 hours.
E.g
Wake up at 7am and have a small bowl of coco pops or corn flakes, with full cream milk. and a glass of orange juice.
Before i go to school at 8am i have 1 piece of peanut butter toast
Between class’s at 10am i have a few biscuits or a finger bun
At first break 11.30am i have some light chease on biscuits.
At second break 1pm i have a chicken sandwage
At 3.30pm i have half an peanut butter sandwage or musly bar
At about 5.30 before i go for a work out i have a musly bar or 2 or 3 biscuits to get energy back up if i fell tired or fatigued before.
At 6.30 i have some dinner, usally eat small and try and eat steak, sausage or something with a fair bit of protein.
I think because of this training and the way i eat (which i know isn’t very good but like i said i dont wanna go on a hard diet because i’ll have to come off it) i think i have a faster metabolism. Is this a sign of a higher metabolism? before my periodic eating times i usally feel fatigued and tired until i eat something and then i feel energetic and alert until the next 2 hours before i eat again.
My real question is, will this eating program help cut down of some body fat or not help gain any. or at the very least be better than what i used to eat
7am Large bowl of coco pops or corn flakes with glass of Orange juice
11.30 am 2 chicken sandwages, biscuits and finger bun
3.00pm biscuits or sandwage
6.30pm large serve of dinner.

Fat loss is 90% diet and your diet kinda sucks, your carb/protein ratio is too high for a start. Have you found out your BMR (basal metabolic rate) to establish how many calories you should be eating for weight loss?
If you want to ask training or diet questions then a great place to ask is as they have some great experts there
